Because the Dallas Tour was one to remember and one to cherish, I would like to thank the Tate Family for their hospitality and their love that surrounded me and the environment. To Mama Tate, Brittany, Brandy, Daryl, Joy, Snuggles, Tete Vickie, and Justin, my sincere thanks and gratitude extends unto you for the memorable experience and comedic outbursts of good times.
Saturday Night. Saturday night served as the highlight of Day 2, Brittany and I toured the town and reached our final destination–the skating rink, where we both came alive. The skating ring we attended was one of the livest skating rings I’ve ever been too. Legs were hurting. Body was sweating. Shirt was clinging. The music and the vibe topped it off. Truly, one of the best nights I had all summer.
And word to all of the mothers who have children skating on the floor while I’m on the floor, I will not fall, so advise your child to not grab hold to my shirt, as they will just drag themselves. I apologize, but it is not a game on the skate floor.
Earlier in the day we toured very interesting, very interesting elements of Dallas. Surprised by the culture? No. Intrigued? Yes. All in all, I loved Day 2 of the Dallas Tour.
